Continuation of the explanation of the hadith of Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) what a person in the state of ihram should wear, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

The second: the one who enters the state of ihram while wearing his regular clothes. This is the better option. Therefore, it is incumbent upon students of knowledge who are required to clarify these matters to explain this to the people, because most of those who ask are those who forgot their ihram clothes in the suitcase inside the airplane. Most of those who ask say that they did not enter the state of ihram until they were in Jeddah, but if a student had been with them, he would have alerted them.
Either he removes his regular clothes and wears a shirt or a headscarf as a waist wrapper if possible, or he enters the state of ihram even if he is not wearing a waist wrapper and a cloak.
