The reciter: Hārūn ibn ‘Abd Allāh narrated to us, saying: Abū Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī narrated to us, saying: Ḥabīb ibn Yazīd narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Hurm, from Sa‘īd ibn Jubayr and ‘Ikrimah, from Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with them both):
Duba`a intended to perform Hajj, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded her (to enter into the state of Ihram) with condition. She did it in compliance with the command of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ). أنّ ضباعة أرادت الحجّ : فأمرها النّبيّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم أن تشترط ، ففعلت ذلك عن أمر رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم
