Is it prescribed to touch the Black Stone in the last lap?

The questioner : You mentioned that the second touching, after the prayer behind the Maqam, does not permit pointing and kissing, even though Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said the takbir upon touching in this location, and also at the beginning of the tawaf when he touched the corner. The evidence is the same, so why?

The Shaykh : The hadith of Jabir does not state that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) kissed it, nor does it state that he pointed, but that is indicated by other hadiths.
