The reciter: Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, saying: Layth narrated to us. And Ibn Rumh narrated to us, saying: Al-Layth informed us from Nafi' from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

None amongst you should outbid another in a transaction, nor should he make proposals of marriage upon the proposal made by someone else.

لا يبع بعضكم على بيع بعض ولا يخطب بعضكم على خطبة بعض
