What is the ruling on a man entering upon his wife during the last ten days of Ramadan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ..

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : A man entering upon his wife...

The Shaykh : No, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when the last ten days began, would tighten his waistcloth and wake his wives. He did not tell people to do this; that would be a mistake. However, there is fear of it, as I told you, a young man is to be feared in this regard. Likewise, if she is menstruating and the marriage contract has been concluded, it is permissible and there is no problem. But do we say he should enter upon her? If he is a man of reason and religion, there is no harm. But if he is a young man with weak religion, we do not let him enter upon a menstruating woman, because he will not be able to control himself from having intercourse with her. Yes, no, there is no basis for it, there is no basis for it, except if we are afraid. If we are afraid, then blocking the means to harm is clear.
