Is it derived from the hadith that a slave woman is to be cohabited with by her master immediately after he acquires ownership of her, without waiting for her to be purified?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, ..

The Shaykh : What do you mean?

The questioner : I mean...

The Shaykh : Do you mean there is no waiting period for purification?

The questioner : Yes, indeed.

The Shaykh : Yes, as we said, these are cases of specific individuals, and a general ruling is not established for them. Perhaps Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) knew that she had menstruated one or two days before being taken captive, and in that case, her womb would be empty. Therefore, in the Battle of Autas, which was after Khaybar, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade cohabiting with a pregnant woman until she gives birth, or with a woman who menstruates until she menstruates once. However, this is understood to mean that she had already been purified. This serves as evidence for the choice of the Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a slave woman’s ownership is transferred and the one who transferred the ownership had already purified her, she does not need to be purified again by the second owner. For example, if a man has a slave woman and wants to sell her, he purifies her. When she is purified and menstruates, he sells her. If the man is truthful and tells the buyer, “I have already purified her,” then she is permissible for the buyer immediately. Yes.
