Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The meaning of "there is no blame on you" is "there is nothing," meaning there is nothing required of you if you do not do it, meaning if you do not practice coitus interruptus. The meaning is that it does not concern you whether you practice coitus interruptus or not, if Allah the Exalted has decreed the child, it must be, whether the man practices coitus interruptus or not. However, coitus interruptus is a cause for preventing the child, without doubt. And coitus interruptus means that when a man has intercourse with his wife and approaches ejaculation, he withdraws so that the ejaculation occurs outside the place of intercourse. It is known that the child is only created from the emitted fluid.
