Is it permissible for a man to practice coitus interruptus?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The issue of coitus interruptus remains for us. This is not the place to discuss it in detail, but there is no harm in looking into it: Is it permissible for a man to practice coitus interruptus, or is it not permissible?
We say that if there is a pressing need for coitus interruptus, it is permissible, provided the wife agrees. If she does not agree, then it is forbidden. Why? Because coitus interruptus deprives the woman of two intended benefits. The first is complete pleasure, for pleasure is not complete without ejaculation. The second is a child, and she has a right to a child. Therefore, it is not permissible for a man to practice coitus interruptus with his wife except after her permission and consent.
As for when the wife agrees, is it better to practice coitus interruptus or not? We say it is better not to practice it, and it is better to have many children. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Marry women who are loving and very prolific, for I shall outnumber the peoples by you. تزوجوا الودود الولود فإني مكاثر بكم يوم القيامة
Sunan Abi Dawud 2050Hasan Sahih (Al-Albani)
And having many children is a source of strength for the family, and it does not narrow the provision, for Allah the Exalted said in the Noble Qur'an:
And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision وما من دابة في الأرض إلا على الله رزقها
[Hud 11:6]
And whenever the family grows, Allah opens for them doors of provision, on the condition that they are sincere with Allah in their reliance upon Him. As for those large families who die of hunger, they do not have sincerity in their reliance upon Allah. Otherwise, if they were sincere, Allah would have prepared provision for them. And in a hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said:
If you truly put your trust in Allah, He would provide for you as He provides for the birds: they go out with empty stomachs and come back with full stomachs. لو توكلتم على الله حق توكله أو حق التوكل لرزقكم كما يرزق الطير تغدو خماصاً وتروح بطاناً
