Whoever succeeds the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in his community in his religion until the Day of Resurrection is a true caliph, outwardly and inwardly. So he will rule over the place where the feet of every disbelieving ruler are. But the reason for our abandonment today is that we have strayed from the religion of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and from the message of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). To the extent that we stray from his guidance and his Shari'ah, our humiliation increases, contrary to what Satan beautifies in the hearts of some of the rulers, namely that if we follow the disbelievers or the world—of which nine hundred and ninety-nine parts are in the Fire—then this is progress and advancement. This is from the beautification of Satan. Progress and advancement is that we return to what our forefathers were upon. If we do so, we will rule over the place where the feet of every disbeliever, every ruler, are. We ask Allah to make this witness's statement true, that the interpreter was one person. But this is not evidence, for the man was a disbeliever. However, the clear evidence is what is established in the hadith of Zayd ibn Thabit. Yes.
