The reciter: Muhammad ibn 'Abbad and Ibn Abi 'Umar narrated to us, saying: Marwan narrated to us from Yazid, who is Ibn Kaysan, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to his uncle at the time of his death: "Say: There is no god but Allah. I will testify to you with it on the Day of Resurrection." But he refused. So Allah revealed: "Indeed, you do not guide whom you love" (the verse).
