The Shaykh : What news have you received about Bosnia and Herzegovina?
The latest news is that the NATO threat has become a game. They were promising them yesterday that they would strike them at one o'clock and one minute... and in the end, there was no strike or anything, even though some Bosnian leaders say that they have now pushed them back twenty kilometers from this besieged town in order to open another front elsewhere. The whole matter has become a game, because the Christians do not want to defend the Muslims, but they are playing with people. Otherwise, they are not incapable. A week ago, America was saying that it would send two hundred planes, two hundred planes to flatten them to the ground, but it was just talk. And as some commentators in London said, we do not want battles in the air, meaning battles of words, we want battles on the ground, meaning in reality. But if we just say we will do it and do it without doing anything. However, we praise Allah that Allah has made their feet firm and strengthened them. The city has about sixty thousand people who have been besieged for two years, and yet they are steadfast, and praise be to Allah. This is support from Allah (Mighty and Majestic) for a matter that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will bring about, if Allah wills.
