Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And as for the Sunnah, it has indicated it—that is, the exaltation of Allah—through its verbal, practical, and tacit types, in many hadiths that reach the level of mass transmission, and in various forms, such as the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in his prostration:
Glory be to my Lord, the Most High سبحان ربي الأعلى
And his saying:
When Allah had finished His creation, He wrote over his Throne: 'My Mercy preceded My Anger.' إن الله لما قضى الخلق كتب عنده فوق عرشه إن رحمتي سبقت غضبي
Sahih al-Bukhari 7422
O Allah, have mercy on us with Your mercy. And his saying:
Don't you trust me though I am the truth worthy man of the One in the Heavens ألا تأمنوني وأنا أمين من في السماء
Sahih al-Bukhari 4351
"

Allah the Mighty and Majestic entrusted him with His Shari'ah, His religion, and His revelation, so how would he not be trusted with the remnants of this world that he distributes among people? This is the ultimate form of rebuke.
"And his saying, (peace and blessings be upon him). And it is established from him that he raised his hands while on the pulpit on Friday saying:
O Allah, send us relief اللهم أغثنا
"

To whom is he addressing "O Allah, send us rain"? He raises his hands, so Allah is above. And likewise, "and that he raised his hand to the sky while preaching to the people on the Day of 'Arafah when they said, 'We bear witness that you have conveyed, fulfilled, and advised,' so he said:
O Allah, be witness اللهم اشهد
And it is established from him that he said to the slave girl:
Where is Allah أين الله
She said: 'In the sky.' So he approved her and said to her master:
Set her free, for she is a believer أعتقها فإنها مؤمنة
"

The verbal, practical, and tacit Sunnah have all converged.
