Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"First: The view of the Karramiyyah: It is like the view of the people of the Sunnah, except that they said: 'It is an accident that came into being after it did not exist.'" Why? "In order to avoid affirming accidents that have no beginning."
These people are the closest to the people of the Sunnah. They say: The speech of Allah is with letters and sound, and it is connected to His will, but it is an accident that came into being after it did not exist. This means: Allah did not speak in the beginning, then He began to speak.
This latter view is invalid, because we say: If Allah did not speak before He spoke, is He incapable? Then you have described Him as incapable. Or is He capable? If He is capable, then He speaks. What prevents Him from speaking?
The correct view is contrary to what they said, but they are the people closest to the people of the Sunnah and the community. Do we accept their speech? We accept what they got right, and we reject what they got wrong.
