Explanation of the author's statement: "Fourth: If the attribute of perfection is negated from Allah, it necessarily follows that He is described with attributes of deficiency"

The Shaykh :"Fourth: If the attribute of perfection is negated from Allah, it necessarily follows that He is described with attributes of deficiency".
Is this correct? Allah (Mighty and Majestic) exists, He truly exists. So if the attributes of perfection are negated from Him, it necessarily follows that He is described with deficiency.
So if we say: He has no mercy, He has no speech, and we say, according to the view of the pure deniers: He has no hearing, no sight, and no life, because the Mu'tazilah say: He is All-Hearing without hearing, All-Seeing without sight, and so on. What necessarily follows? That He is described with deficiency.
If you say: He is not All-Hearing, it necessarily follows that He is what? Deaf. For this reason, Ibrahim said to his father:[Maryam 19:42].
So if you negate the attributes of perfection from Allah, it necessarily follows that He is described with deficiency, because every existent thing in the external world must have an attribute.
How so, every existent thing in the external world? Do you mean in Europe?
We have: mental conception and actual existence.
Mental conception: a person may conceive of an essence that has no attributes, meaning: perhaps you can imagine that there exists an essence that has no attributes, or not? Just as you may imagine that there is a created being with a hundred legs and a thousand faces, and in each face a thousand eyes, and in each eye a thousand pupils, yes, and so on. Can you imagine this or not? In imagination, can you imagine it or not? And can you imagine something greater than that? This imagination does not indicate existence, but every existent thing in the external world, meaning that which stands by itself, must have attributes, even if its only attribute is that it exists, that would suffice.
"Every existent thing in the external world must have an attribute, so if the attributes of perfection are negated from it, it necessarily follows that it is described with attributes of deficiency. By this, the matter is reversed upon these deniers, and they fall into what is worse than what they fled from". These necessary consequences are undoubtedly necessary according to the statement of the people of falsehood, and they have no escape from them.
And by this we know that the true statement is to affirm what Allah has affirmed for Himself and to negate what Allah has negated from Himself, and Allah knows best.

O my father, why do you worship that which does not hear and does not see and will not benefit you at all?
