The Shaykh :Mishkat al-Masabih 6Muttafaqun 'alayh (Zubair `Aliza'i) : The word “man” is vague and not specified. Does the ruling depend on identifying this specific man?
It does not depend on it. Accordingly, it does not matter that the man mentioned is not known by name, because the intended point is the ruling.
He asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Mishkat al-Masabih 305 : This means, if you wish, perform wudu, and if you wish, do not perform wudu. This indicates that there are actions that are permissible to do but not recommended. However, if a person does it, there is no blame on him. This is because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) attributing this matter to choice indicates that if a person performs wudu, he does not earn reward, and if he leaves it, he does not sin and does not earn reward.
He said:Bulugh al-Maram 75 : Yes, meaning, perform wudu.
So his saying: : includes everything that the foot and leg of the animal carry, for it is called meat. This includes the meat of the heart, liver, stomach, and intestines, and everything that the skin of this beast covers is included. This is because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not ask for further details. And “meat,” when mentioned in the context of what is lawful and forbidden or when rulings are derived, includes all of it. Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Ma'idah 5:3] : And it is known that the meat of the pig includes everything that its skin covers, whether red meat, white meat, intestines, stomach, liver, and so on.
‘Abdallah b. ‘Amr reported God's messenger as saying, “The Muslim is he from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the Emigrant is he who abandons what God has prohibited.” This is Bukhari’s wording. Muslim has: A man asked the Prophet, “Which of the Muslims is best?” He replied, “He from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe.”.

He asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
