Explanation of the Book of Purification-19

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her): that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If anyone goes to relieve himself, he should conceal himself من أتى الغائط فليستتر
Sunan Abi Dawud 35Da'if (Al-Albani)
Narrated by Abu Dawud"
:
Add this to the previous hadith of al-Mughirah: "That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He (the Holy Prophet) then moved on till he disappeared from my sight خذ الإداوة ، فانطلق حتى توارى عني
Sahih Muslim 94c
"
:
Add this verbal sunnah to the previous practical sunnah.
So his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever goes to the place of relief من أتى الغائط
What does he mean by the place of relief?
He means the level place on the ground, because that is what people go to, but this place of relief, meaning the low-lying place on the ground, people do not visit it except to relieve themselves.
And his saying:
Let him conceal himself فليستتر
: The lam here is for command, and the command may imply obligation or it may imply recommendation.
And the fa in his saying:
Let him conceal himself فليستتر
is a connector for the answer, because if the answer is accompanied by the lam of command, it must be accompanied by the fa.
