Continuation of the exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women))

Men and women
Allah has prepared for them أعد الله لهم
[At-Tawbah 9:89]
Is it men or women? Men. It did not say "Allah has prepared for them and for them [feminine]"; it said:
Allah has prepared for them أعد الله لهم
[At-Tawbah 9:89]
This indicates the predominance of the masculine aspect, just as in His saying:
Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women
[Al-Ahzab 33:35]
the precedence of the men indicates the honor of the men, and this is a matter in which no rational person doubts. But when that wicked, ugly, inverted West came, inverting fitrah and religion, and began to prioritize women in order to stir up fitnah through them and honor them over men, when this wicked West came, those who follow every barking dog followed it, and they began to prioritize women over men until they would not address women except with the word "ladies," meaning that they are the masters of the men. Thus, they inverted the facts and the situations, because Allah the Exalted has inverted their fitrah, so they worshipped matter instead of its Creator, and this is how they behave in their actions. It is obligatory upon the Muslims to be cautious and alert against the fallacies of those disbelievers, whether in this or in anything else, so that they may be clear about their affair and their religion. And praise be to Allah, He has clarified everything in it.
the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women
[Al-Ahzab 33:35]
Islam is in the actions of the apparent limbs, because it includes, or is intended to mean, that a person submits to Allah externally with his limbs, his tongue, his hands, his legs, his eyes, and his ears. This external submission is called, O Tawfiq? What do you say? It is called Islam. It may occur from one who is not a believer, it may occur from a hypocrite, and it may occur from one with weak faith. Allah the Exalted said:
The bedouins say, "We have believed." Say, "You have not [yet] believed; but say [instead], 'We have submitted,' for faith has not yet entered your hearts. قَالَتِ الأَعْرَابُ آمَنَّا قُلْ لَمْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا أَسْلَمْنَا وَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ الإِيمَانُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ
[Al-Hujurat: 14] This Islam is of a lower rank than faith. Why? Because it occurs from the true believer, from the hypocrite, and from the one with weak faith, because it is submission to Allah the Exalted with the apparent limbs.
the believing men and believing women وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ
This is submission to Allah the Exalted internally, and that is by believing in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and the divine decree, its good and its evil. We are not in need of anyone's interpretation of faith after it was interpreted by whom? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when Jibril asked him "What is faith?" He said:
That you affirm your faith in Allah, in His angels, in His Books, in His Apostles, in the Day of Judgment, and you affirm your faith in the Divine Decree about good and evil.
Sahih Muslim 8a
And the details of this phrase have been discussed by us repeatedly, and this is not the place to elaborate on it. So, faith is submission to Allah internally, such that a person believes in what is obligatory to believe in, and that is: complete your statement: believing in Allah, His angels, and so on. Faith is higher than Islam because faith necessitates Islam, but not vice versa. So every believer must be a Muslim, because if the heart is sound, what happens? The limbs become sound, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
In the body there is a piece of flesh, and the whole body is sound if it is sound, but the whole body is corrupt if it is corrupt. It is the heart.
Mishkat al-Masabih 2762
But some people commit sins and argue with the saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)
Taqwa is here التقوى هاهنا
If I say to you, "My brother, fear Allah, pray with the congregation, fear Allah, stop shaving your beard, fear Allah, leave backbiting, and the like of that," he says to you, "Taqwa is here." How do you respond, O 'Abd al-Rahman?
The student: Yes, taqwa is in the heart, but if the heart is sound, the limbs become sound...

The Shaykh : Yes, we say: if he fears Allah in the internal aspect, he will fear Allah in the external aspect. That is, if he guards the internal, he will guard the external, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If it is sound, it is sound
So he made the matter a conditional sentence, and it is known in language, custom, and the Shari'ah that in a conditional sentence, the condition is realized when? When the condition is realized.
The student: Some people argue with His saying, the Exalted:
Verily Allah forgives not associating others with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whomever He wills
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3037Da'if (Darussalam)
So how do we respond to them?

The Shaykh : We say: It is true, we agree with you that this sin you commit, short of shirk, is capable of being forgiven by Allah. But Allah did not say "and He forgives what is less than that for everyone," but He said:
for whoever wishes لمن يشاء
Do you testify that you are among those whom Allah willed to forgive? What do we say? So you are in error. The original ruling is that the threat regarding sins is established. This is the original ruling, because its removal is subject to the will of Allah, and its occurrence is in accordance with the promise. So the original ruling is its establishment, clearly. So he has no argument in this.
the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women
[Al-Ahzab 33:35]
