The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((Praise be to Allah, to Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and to Him belongs the praise in the Hereafter, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Aware))

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Among the benefits of the previous verses is the establishment of complete praise for Allah (Mighty and Majestic), as He said:
Praise be to Allah.
and so on.
Second: that this praise which is established for Him is something He is worthy of, as He said:
for Allah لله
because the letter "lam" indicates, as we have said, entitlement and exclusivity.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) praises Himself for the benefit of the servants, because we are unable to praise Allah or to count up His praise. So if Allah praises Himself, this is for our benefit, because He teaches us (Mighty and Majestic) how to praise Him and how to extol Him, and He is worthy of praising Himself (Glorified and Exalted is He) and extolling Himself for the benefit of His servants. Otherwise, He is in no need of revealing to us of the attributes of perfection what He reveals, nor in need of our knowing that. But this is for our benefit. This benefit may be based on an implied question: How does Allah the Exalted praise Himself? And is a person praising himself considered a virtue or not? The answer is to say: Allah praises Himself not out of His need for us to praise Him or for us to know His perfection, for He is perfect, but for what? For our benefit, since we cannot count up His praise, nor do we know what to praise Him with except through His revelation.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the comprehensiveness of Allah's ownership, as He said:
to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth
[Ibrahim 14:2]
Here He praises Himself for the comprehensiveness of His ownership. He may praise Himself for His actions, such as
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who created the heavens and the earth
[Al-An'am 6:1]
and He may praise Himself for His legislation, such as
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light
[Al-An'am:1]^
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who has sent down upon His Servant the Book and has not made therein any deviance.
[Al-Kahf:1]^.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is that "the heavens" is a plural, meaning more than one, as He said:
the heavens السماوات
And from other proofs, it has been established that they are seven, and likewise the earth.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is that the perfection of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) on the Day of Resurrection is more apparent than it is in this world, as He said:
and to Him belongs [all] praise in the Hereafter
[Saba 34:1]
So ownership is comprehensive, and the manifestation of praise clearly and distinctly will be in the Hereafter.
Among them is the establishment of the Resurrection, as He said:
the Hereafter الآخرة
.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the establishment of the cosmic and legislative judgment of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and the establishment of His wisdom related to the cosmos and related to the legislation. Branching from this principle is the obligation of submission to His cosmic and legislative decree, such that we do not desire any objection, even if it comes in a form that appears to contradict wisdom. It is obligatory for us to suspect what? Our minds. Because if it is established that He (Glorified and Exalted is He) is Wise in both the cosmic and legislative judgments, it necessitates submission to the cosmic and legislative decree, because it issues from wisdom, but this wisdom may be hidden from us.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the comprehensiveness of Allah's knowledge, which is derived from His saying:
the All-Aware الخبير
and the details that came after it, because the All-Aware is the Knower of the unseen, and the Knower of the unseen is the Knower of the apparent.
Among its benefits is the establishment of these two noble names for Allah (Mighty and Majestic), which are
the All-Wise, the All-Aware الحكيم الخبير
Good.
