The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((When he fell, the jinn realized that if they had known the unseen, they would not have remained in the humiliating punishment))

Among the benefits of this noble verse is the attribution of an action or a thing to one who did not perform it by choice, as in His saying [Saba 34:14]. Falling may be attributed to an agent by choice, or to an agent without choice. You say "the water fell" and you say "he fell dead." And Allah the Mighty and Majestic said [Maryam: 58] and [Al-Isra: 109], which is without choice.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is that the jinn do not know the unseen, and the indication of this is clear:[Saba 34:14].
Among them is that tangible, occurring matters are demonstrative proofs. The meaning of this benefit is reasoning from tangible matters, because Allah reasoned that they do not know the unseen by the fact that they remained being punished in the heavy works they were doing. So you may reason from tangible matters to rational matters, and this is a known and good thing.
Among the benefits of the verse is that the jinn possess intellects, as in His saying. And so it is, for Allah the Exalted gave them intellects by which they find their way to the interests of their religion and their worldly affairs.
Among them is the naming of heavy works as punishment, as in His saying[Saba 34:14], even though Sulayman (peace be upon him) did not make them work for him what he wished as a punishment for them, but rather as a duty. And by this we know that "punishment" may be applied to what is not a penalty, as in the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) Sahih al-Bukhari 5429.
But when he fell, it became clear to the jinn
فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّThey fell prostrate
خَرُّوا سُجَّدًاAnd they fall upon their faces weeping
وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَAmong the benefits of this noble verse is that the jinn do not know the unseen, and the indication of this is clear:
