Refutation of the Qadariyyah who say that Allah does not create the actions of the servants.

And among the benefits of this noble verse is the comprehensiveness of Allah's power, as He said: This includes what is of His actions and what is of the actions of creation. Thus, this serves as a refutation of the Qadariyyah who say that Allah does not create the deeds of the servants nor will them, and that the human being is independent in his action and his will. So we say: Is this by the power of Allah or not? If they say it is not by the power of Allah, then they have lied against the comprehensiveness of the saying of Allah the Exalted: And if they say it is by the power of Allah, we say: It must be willed and created by Allah, because as long as the matter is by His power, it must be created by Him and willed by Him.
