The Shaykh : It is established only by consummation or seclusion. In the verse, it says:
And one of you has had intercourse with the other وقد أفضى بعضكم إلى بعض
It consists of two things: “he had intercourse” and “he took”. As I told you, “he had intercourse” indicates that the matter is secret.
