The Shaykh : It depends on the scholarly disagreement. If we say that "qawwamin" (steadfast) means that we must interpret it as referring to an unknown quantity, why? Because if we say that the prohibition of exaggeration is directed at a single instance, then the command is for frequent standing, and standing only once does not fall under the command. This is because Allah said: And if we say that it is a description that encompasses both the little and the much,
