Is there a refutation of the Jabriyyah in the saying of Allah the Exalted: {They said, "Kill him or burn him"}, where the action is attributed to them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student: ...the Jabriyyah...
Kill him or burn him اقتلوه أو حرقوه
[Al-'Ankabut 29:24]

The Shaykh : What do you say...?
The student: ...?

The Shaykh : Yes, but they say that he kills, that the human kills and acts and does, but he is compelled to do so. However, it can be said, for example, that he is given choice in some matters and not in others. Who will answer this? There is also a second benefit here, which is that causes do not produce their effect except by the will of Allah, and this is important. No matter how strong the causes are, they do not produce the effect except by the permission of Allah, meaning that Allah the Exalted may prevent their effect. Fire is undoubtedly a cause for burning, but here this causality was removed and it did not have an effect.
