And because enjoining good and forbidding evil is the barrier of this Ummah and the establishment of its might and honor. And because leaving off enjoining good and forbidding evil is a cause of loss, due to His saying, the Exalted: [Al-'Asr 103:1-3] Yes, if the time becomes corrupt and the Ummah becomes corrupt and reform is not possible in any way, then at that time we say to the person: [An-Nahl 16:127] and concern yourself with your own self.
