And that a group from this Ummah will remain upon the truth, manifestly, such that those who abandon them or oppose them will not harm them, until the command of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) comes.

The Shaykh : Then the author said: "And that a group from this Ummah will remain upon the truth, manifestly, such that those who abandon them will not harm them", etc.
We believe in this based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Mishkat al-Masabih 5406 This is a glad tidings for this Ummah that the truth will not be entirely absent from it; rather, there must be among them those who are manifestly upon the truth, meaning that they clarify the truth and make it clear. This does not necessarily mean that they are triumphant; rather, they are supported, but they are not triumphant, meaning that they may not have the ability to engage in jihad, yet they are protected from being destroyed. Reality bears witness to this, and praise be to Allah, for the Muslim Ummah has not ceased to have a supported group upon the truth until now and until the command of Allah comes, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us, and his information (peace and blessings be upon him) is true and cannot fail.
And his saying: This Ummah, or this group, are the people of the Sunnah and the community, as the Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) said in al-Wasitiyyah: "As for what follows, this is the belief of the saved, supported group until the Hour comes: the people of the Sunnah and the community". As for the one who says that the intended meaning is those who engage in jihad, this is not necessary. Jihad may be established when there is ability and strength, and it may not be established when there is weakness, as Allah the Exalted said:[At-Taghabun 64:16].
And his saying:Sahih Muslim 1920 What is meant by the command? The command of Allah the Exalted that every believer be destroyed, because in the end times a wind will blow that takes the soul of every believer until only the worst of creation remain, and upon them the Hour will be established.
We believe in this based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
but a section of my people will continue to hold to the truth till God's command comes and will prevail and will not be injured by those who oppose them.
