The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling grapes until they turn black, so what is the ruling on vegetables that grow inside the ground? Is the beginning of their ripeness sufficient for the permissibility of selling them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling grapes until they turn black, except by a clear sign!

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : Except by a clear sign, but for example, radishes and carrots.

The Shaykh : Yes, and what do you say about this?
Some scholars say: it is not valid to sell it, because the intended part is hidden in the ground. It is hidden, and it may appear to you that this onion, for example, or this radish is large, while the reality is the opposite, or it may appear small while the reality is the opposite.
So some scholars hold that anything whose intended part is hidden in the ground is not valid to sell, but the correct view is that it is valid, but only from people of expertise. Based on that, it is not permissible to sell it until its perfection is complete and it is ready to be taken. Yes?
