The Shaykh : As for those who concealed the testimony of the truth, whether in this question asked by its presenter or in any other case, anyone who conceals a testimony that he knows of, Allah says regarding him:[Al-Baqarah 2:283] And the sin of the heart, may Allah protect us from it, leads to the deviation of the body, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih al-Bukhari 52 And as for the employer who denied the worker his right, it has been reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih al-Bukhari 2270 So the one who denied it will have Allah the Exalted as his opponent on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever has Allah as his opponent will be defeated and overcome. So I advise the employer, if what the worker is saying is true, I advise him to fear Allah the Exalted regarding this worker and to pay him his right before he takes it from his good deeds on the Day of Resurrection.
