Ruling on a worker taking from the money of the one he works with

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener Ahmad Saleh Zaid sent a question, saying: A man works in a commercial establishment for a fixed salary, and he eats, drinks, and wears items from within this establishment where he works, but without extravagance or waste, rather according to what is customary based on his need. Sometimes he needs something from outside the establishment, and he may take the value of that item from that establishment. The amount may increase or decrease, being ten or twenty riyals. This is the important point; I hope for a response to it. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
He has no right to anything other than his salary, unless the owner of the establishment permits him. As for taking his needs from the establishment, that is not allowed except with permission. If there is an agreement between them and he has permitted him to do so, then there is no harm. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
