Then Allah the Exalted said: [Ar-Ra'd 13:33] The "man" here is conditional, and the verb of the condition is "yudhillu" (leaves astray), which is moved to the kasrah case due to the meeting of two sukuns. The answer to the condition is a sentence: [Ar-Ra'd 13:33] It is connected with "fa" (so) because it is not suitable to be the verb of the condition. And every answer that is not suitable to be the verb of the condition must be connected with "fa," as Ibn Malik said:
And connect with "fa" certainly an answer, if it were made a condition for "in" or other, it would not be made so
And they mentioned for it six criteria gathered in his saying:
Nominal request, with a static word, with "ma," with "qad," with "lan," and with the negation of the request
So if these six sentences occur as the answer to a condition, it is obligatory that they be connected with "fa." And here the sentence is? It is introduced with "ma" (what), and if you wish, say that it is a nominal sentence. And there is no objection to there being two causes for one ruling.
And his saying: Its original form is "min hadiyy" with a ya, so the ya was deleted for lightness.
Allah Mighty and Majestic says that as for whom Allah leaves astray, meaning as for whom Allah has decreed his being left astray, then no one will guide him, because the One who guides and leaves astray is Allah, in His hand is all the matter. But let it be known that He does not guide anyone except for a wisdom, and He does not leave anyone astray except for a wisdom. So whoever is worthy of guidance, He guides him, and whoever is worthy of being left astray, He leaves him astray, may Allah protect us from that. Otherwise, Allah Glorified and Exalted is He does not withhold His favor from one whom He wills, rather He withholds His favor from one whom He does not will. And the evidence for this is His saying the Exalted: So He made the turning away of Allah of their hearts consequent upon their turning away. As for the one who seeks guidance earnestly, then Allah Glorified and Exalted is He will make it easy for him: So His saying: [Ar-Ra'd 13:33] is restricted to the one who did what necessitates his being left astray, because Allah does not leave anyone astray except for a wisdom.
And whomever Allah leaves astray - there will be for him no guide.
ومن يضلل الله فما له من هادthere will be for him no guide.
فما له من هادAnd connect with "fa" certainly an answer, if it were made a condition for "in" or other, it would not be made so
