Continuation of the commentary on Tafsir al-Jalalayn: “(The Day you will turn away, fleeing) from the place of reckoning to the Fire. (You have no protector) meaning from His punishment (from Allah)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He said:
there is not for you from Allah any protector ما لكم من الله من عاصم
[Ghafir 40:33]
This sentence is a declarative sentence beginning with the negative *ma*, and its subject is his saying:
Who protects من عاصم
but the extra *min* entered it for emphasis, and the intended meaning of the speech is: were it not for: you have no protector from Allah. Here we ask: is it Tamimi or Hijazi? The two dialects agree on it, because it cannot be Hijazi except with the order, as Ibn Malik said:
With the negation remaining and the order of *z-k-n*.
And here there is no order because the predicate is placed first, and on this basis we say: the *ma* here, the two dialects, Tamimi and Hijazi, agree on it.
there is not for you from Allah any protector ما لكم من الله من عاصم
[Ghafir 40:33]
Meaning from a preventer.
And whomever Allah leaves astray - there will be for him no guide. ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد
[Ar-Ra'd 13:33]
This sentence may pose a difficulty: how was the call to Allah the Exalted concluded with it, because the situation calls for him to say: “And I ask Allah for guidance for you”?
It is said: Is his saying:
And whomever Allah leaves astray - there will be for him no guide. ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد
[Ar-Ra'd 13:33]
Is it from the man’s speech or from Allah’s speech? We must investigate first of all whether it is from the speech of Allah the Exalted, to indicate that these people, despite the strength of the call, did not benefit, or is it from the speech of the believer? If it is from Allah’s speech, there is no problem, except that it intervenes between the beginning and the end of the speech, and this does not harm because the interjected sentence comes frequently. If it is from the man’s speech, then here is the point of difficulty, and we postpone the answer to you until tomorrow, if Allah wills. The answer will be from you tomorrow, and Allah knows best. Yes, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow or the day after that.
