The ruling on one who eats the pre-dawn meal in one country and breaks his fast in another

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: The brother who indicated his name with: H. Q. from Riyadh says in his question: What is the ruling on one who eats the pre-dawn meal in one country and breaks his fast in another, such as what happened to me when I ate the pre-dawn meal in my country during Ramadan last year, and on the same day I arrived in Riyadh and broke my fast with the people of Riyadh, knowing that there is a one-hour time difference between Riyadh and my country? So, do I have to make up that day or not?

Answer: There is no blame on him for that, because he has the ruling of the country in which he ate the pre-dawn meal and the country in which he broke his fast, and it does not harm him the difference between the two countries in the length of the day and its shortness, or the early or late setting of the sun and rising of the dawn.
