Explanation of the author's words: And his saying: (Indeed, Allah gives you an excellent admonition. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. Allah the Exalted said:
Excellent is that which Allah instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing.
[An-Nisa 4:58]
This verse completes His saying:
Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice
[An-Nisa 4:58]
So He, Mighty and Majestic, commanded us to deliver trusts to their owners, and among these trusts is testifying for a person or against him, and to judge with justice when we judge between people. We judge with justice. So Allah, Glorified and Exalted, made clear that He commands us to fulfill the obligatory duty in the path of judgment and in the judgment itself. The path of judgment, which is testimony, falls under the generality of His saying
to render trusts to whom they are due
[An-Nisa 4:58]
and the judgment
and when you judge between people to judge with justice
[An-Nisa 4:58]
. Then He, Glorified and Exalted, said:
Excellent is that which Allah instructs you
[An-Nisa 4:58]
Its original form is "ni'ma ma," but the mim was assimilated into the mim by the rule of major assimilation, because assimilation does not occur between two different letters unless the first is silent, and here the assimilation occurred even though the first is open.
Now, regarding His saying
Excellent is that which Allah instructs you
[An-Nisa 4:58]
, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, made the command regarding these two things—delivering the trust and judging—an admonition, because through them the hearts are rectified, and whatever rectifies the hearts is an admonition. So the admonition is that which softens the heart and rectifies the heart, and fulfilling these commands undoubtedly rectifies the heart.
