Explanation of the author's statement: And the successful group, the people of the Sunnah and the community, believe in divine decree, its good and its evil

The Shaykh :"the people of the Sunnah and the community"
The successful group means the saved sect, and it is described with this description because it was saved in this world from religious innovations and will be saved in the Hereafter from the Fire.
And if you wish, say: because it was saved in this world from deviation, and in the Hereafter from the Fire.
As for its being saved in this world from deviation, that is due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):.
And as for its being saved from the Fire, that is because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 3993Sahih (Darussalam).
The people of the Sunnah and the community: they are the people of the Sunnah because they hold fast to it, and the community because they are united upon it.
Therefore, you will not find the people of innovation united; you will find, for example, the Jabriyyah differing, and you will find the Mu'tazilah differing, and you will find the Asha'irah differing, but the people of the Sunnah and the community are all in agreement. And the explanation of the community will come, if Allah wills, in the author's words at the end of the treatise.
He said: "in divine decree, its good and its evil" We are now speaking about the word divine decree, and whether it is synonymous with divine judgment or distinct from it?
So divine decree means: the measuring or determining. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Qamar 54:49], and He the Exalted said: [Al-Mursalat 77:23]. So in language, it is the measuring or determining.
And as for divine judgment, it is in language: the ruling.
Therefore, we say: divine judgment and divine decree are distinct if they are mentioned together, and synonymous if they are mentioned separately, according to the saying of the scholars: they are two words: if they are brought together, they differ, and if they differ, they are brought together.
So if it is said: this is the divine judgment of Allah, or just the divine decree, this is the divine decree of Allah, then it includes the divine judgment.
But if both are mentioned, then each of them has a meaning.
So the measuring or determining is what Allah the Exalted determined in eternity to be in His creation. This is the measuring or determining.
And as for the divine judgment, it is what Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, decreed in His creation of bringing into existence, ceasing to exist, or changing. This is if both are mentioned, what? If both are mentioned together. And on this basis, is the measuring or determining prior or subsequent? Prior, because the measuring or determining is what Allah determined in eternity in His knowledge, Mighty and Majestic, to be in His creation, and the divine judgment is the actual implementation of this determined thing, whether bringing into existence, ceasing to exist, or changing, because all divine judgment revolves around these three: either bringing into existence what did not exist, ceasing to exist what did exist, or changing by transferring it from one attribute to another, clear? Good. So if you say: you mentioned that the divine judgment is what Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, decrees in His creation of bringing into existence, ceasing to exist, or changing, and that the divine decree is prior to it if they are mentioned together, then this contradicts the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Furqan 25:2] [Al-Furqan 25:2], for the apparent meaning of this verse is that the measuring or determining is after the creation, and on our interpretation, is it? The measuring or determining is before the creation.
So the answer to that is from one of two angles:
Either we say: that this is from the category of verbal ordering, not conceptual ordering. And the creation was mentioned before the measuring or determining to suit the beginnings of the verses.[Al-Furqan 25:2]
Have you not seen that Moses is better than Aaron, but Aaron was mentioned before him in Surat Ta-Ha to suit the beginnings of the verses.
Good, and on this basis, it is a verbal ordering.

هم من كان على مثل ما أنا عليه وأصحابيAnd as for its being saved from the Fire, that is because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
all of which will be in Hell apart from one
كلها في النار إلا واحدةThe people of the Sunnah and the community: they are the people of the Sunnah because they hold fast to it, and the community because they are united upon it.

Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍAnd We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine.
فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ الْقَادِرُونَAnd as for divine judgment, it is in language: the ruling.
