Reading and Annotation: And make the Book of Allah and the authentic Sunnahs your weapon, then let your heart be sound

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: "And make the Book of Allah and the authentic Sunnahs your weapon, then let your heart be sound
Who is it that will duel? Let him step forward"
..

The Shaykh : Do you all have hearts?
The student: Hearts

The Shaykh : No, no, hearts. But in my view, if it were "cowards," it would be clearer. That is, "sound with cowards" means "who is it that will duel," because "sound with hearts" or "sound with the heart" requires interpretation. It means sound with your tongue, a cry coming from your heart. Well, in any case, if the manuscript is written this way according to the author's composition of this poem, the meaning is "sound with hearts," meaning let a beneficial cry come from your hearts, that is, from your hearts. And if it is "cowards," the matter is clear, because when a person shouts at cowards, they scatter at the mere sound of his shout. It is mentioned regarding some brave men that when he charged the enemy and shouted, the cavalry would shatter, they would scatter at the mere sound of his shout, to the point that some ... the horse itself would flee from the shout of this brave man.
