Explanation of the words of Ibn Malik (may Allah have mercy on him): "And strip the verb if it is attributed *** to two or a plural, like 'the judges struck.'"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then the author (may Allah have mercy on him) moved on to the masculinization and feminization of the governing word. Does the verb follow the doer in terms of being masculine or feminine? The answer is yes. Does the verb attributed to an apparent doer carry a pronoun? The answer is no. For this reason, he said:
"And strip the verb if it is attributed *** to two or a plural, like 'the judges struck'
And it may be said 'they were happy' and 'they were happy' *** and the verb for the apparent one after the attributed"

Yes, is there something in it?
The student: There is a question.

The Shaykh : Huh?
The student: A question.

The Shaykh : It means striking the bell!
The student: Yes.

The Shaykh : Very well.
The student: I say, O Shaykh, the first verse.

The Shaykh : So we stop at "And strip the verb."
