It is not permissible to deposit in banks with interest in order to pay taxes

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: The brother who used the initials A. A. from Latakia in Syria says in his question:
Is it permissible for me to place a deposit in the bank with interest, in order to pay the taxes that are due to me from that interest? I ask you to be kind enough to answer, and may Allah reward you with good.

Answer: This action is not permissible; because this transaction is a riba (usury or interest) transaction that is not permissible to do; due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:
But Allah has permitted trade and has forbidden interestوَأَحَلَّ اللّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا
[Surat al-Baqarah:275]. And success is from Allah.
