The ruling on depositing money in interest-based banks without interest

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I opened a current account at one of the banks some time ago, and I stipulated that I would not receive any interest; that is, the amounts I deposit in the bank are considered a deposit (wadi'ah) with the bank, meaning the funds are safe. What I want to know and be certain of, in order to purify my religion and cleanse my wealth, is: Is there any suspicion of riba in this account, especially since the bank gives out loans with interest, as well as interest on some account systems?
So what is the ruling of the pure Shari'ah regarding my account, taking into consideration, Your Eminence, the circulation of capital and the banking system practiced in the activities of such banks? And what is the ruling of the Shari'ah regarding depositing money in banks that have systems for Islamic transactions? Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you, and may Allah reward you with the best reward for us, and may peace and Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.

Answer: Placing money in banks without interest is not prohibited if there is a need for it, but if it is easy to deposit it elsewhere, that is safer and better, in accordance with the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt.دع ما يريبك إلى ما لا يريبك
Sunan an-Nasa'i 5711Sahih (Darussalam)
, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
So he, who saves himself from these doubtful things, saves his religion and his honorمن اتقى الشبهات فقد استبرأ لدينه وعرضه
Bulugh al-Maram 16:32
. May Allah guide them all.
