Answer: It is not permissible to participate in banks or in companies that deal with them; because of the saying of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) : [Al-Ma'idah: 2], and because it is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Sahih Muslim 1598.
