The father excludes the brothers from inheritance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: My eldest son, who was ten years old, passed away in a car accident, and the blood money was received. Does his father have the right to dispose of the shares of the deceased’s two younger brothers, or must it be deposited until they reach maturity and dispose of it themselves? We have decided to spend the blood money on good deeds for the sake of the boy, and the father fears that the two boys, once they grow up, will dispose of the money without giving it in charity?

Answer: The entire blood money is between you and his father: you get one-sixth, and his father gets the rest. As for his brothers, they have no right to the blood money by the consensus of the scholars, because the father excludes them from inheritance. And success is from Allah.
