If the purchase is completed and possession of the property is obtained through its vacating, it is permissible to sell it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: One of the companies purchases properties for those with limited income. The customer goes to the company, specifies the property he wants and its price, and a committee is formed to appraise the property. Then the company purchases the property from the owner after taking 10% of its value as a deposit from the customer. The property is written or registered in the customer's name if payment is made within two years, or it remains in the company's name if payment is made in more than two years. What is the ruling?

Answer: There is no harm in the company purchasing the desired property. If the purchase is completed and possession is obtained through vacating, it is permissible for the company to sell it to the interested party or anyone else. It is not permissible to complete the sale before that, nor to take the deposit. The sale must occur after the company has purchased the property and taken possession of the item sold through vacating, if it is real estate, or through transfer, if it is something else.
