Answer: This sale is not permissible because it is selling the goods before taking ownership and possession of them. It is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:. It is also authentically reported from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said to Hakim ibn Hizam: Sunan Ibn Majah 2187Hasan (Darussalam).
