The Number of Breastfeedings That Establish Prohibition

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, to the honorable brother / 'A. M. 'A., may Allah guide him to all that is good, amen.
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. After that:
Your letter dated 18/7/1392 AH, in response to my letter No. 78, dated 12/1/1392 AH, has been received, may Allah guide you. I have reviewed the attached sheet, the text of which is as follows:
D. M. H. stated: We were living near al-Qaw'iyyah. After the sun rose one day, B. S. M. brought me her nephew, 'A. M., and I breastfed him until he was full; he would nurse, and when he got tired, I would release the nipple until he was full. After 'Asr that day, his father, M. S., brought him to me, and I breastfed him until he was full. Each of the two times, he would nurse, and when he got tired, I would release the nipple. I do not know the number of breastfeedings in the morning, nor those in the afternoon. This is the summary of what happened to me. End of statement, witnessed by: G. B. S., and: M. Sh. M. And may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
Dated 10/5/1392 AH. End of statement.
At the bottom of the sheet is the certification of the honorable judge of 'Arawa, the text of which is as follows: Praise be to Allah alone. The woman D. M. H. appeared before me and confirmed all of her statement recorded above. She is a trustworthy woman, and when the explanation was mentioned, it was based on her admission of what was mentioned. And may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad, his family, and his companions, and peace. Dated 25/5/1392 AH. End of statement.

Answer: Based on this, what I see is: She is not permissible for you; because she was breastfed by the woman who breastfed you a great deal, more than four times—according to the testimony of the wet nurse (D)—and thereby she became your sister through breastfeeding.
And I ask Allah to grant everyone success in understanding His religion and steadfastness upon it; indeed, He is Generous and Bountiful.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
