The ruling on a mosque that contains a grave
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A mosque in which there is a grave, and it is known that there is a grave in it, and the imam of the mosque says that there is no grave in it?
Answer:
One does not pray in it until the grave is dug up, if the grave is the later of the two; the grave is dug up. But if the mosque is the later of the two, the newer part of it is demolished; that is what is removed.
If the grave is the newer of the two, it is dug up and removed. If the mosque is the newer of the two, it is demolished.
