What is the ruling on a man who owns a taxi, and a person comes to him and says, “I want to work on this taxi,” so the owner of the taxi conditions on him fifteen dinars?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A man owns a taxi, and a person comes to him and says, “I want to work on this taxi,” meaning the taxi offices that currently exist. The owner of this taxi conditions on him fifteen dinars a day, and any damage to the car or any downtime of the car is the responsibility of the original owner, the owner of the car. Is there anything wrong with conditioning this specific amount, which is fifteen dinars? May Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : Everything, everything.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.

The Shaykh : What the scriptural evidence indicates in matters other than this one is that he should work on behalf of the car owner, and the profit obtained by the taxi driver should be shared equally, in thirds, in fourths, and so on. This is justice, and that is excessive uncertainty. This is the answer.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh: Go ahead.
