The ruling on one who prays alone and then a person comes with him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If one prays alone behind the row, and a second person comes and prays beside the one praying alone, what is the ruling on his prayer?

Answer:
If it was in the first rak'ah, their prayers are all valid. If they had already prayed a rak'ah, he must break off and restart his prayer when another person comes with him, so that his prayer becomes valid.
Q: Is his takbirat al-ihram valid from the start?
The Shaykh: Yes, it is valid until he bows. If he bows and no one comes, it is invalid; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted Abu Bakrah to bow behind the row and then enter the row.
Q: If the one praying alone behind the row does not find a space, is he allowed to pull someone?
The Shaykh: He is not allowed to do that.
