The ruling on praying behind the rows alone

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on praying behind the rows alone if one does not find a place?

Answer:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The prayer of a person who prays alone behind the row is not accepted.لا صلاة لمنفرد خلف الصف
Bulugh al-Maram 2:327
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a man from praying alone behind the rows. So if he does not find a place, he should wait, or try to find a gap to enter, or move forward with the imam so that he lines up on his right.
As for pulling someone, no, pulling someone should be avoided; because the hadith in which this is mentioned is weak; and because pulling someone is an interference with his brother without a legitimate religious basis; and because pulling someone also leads to opening a gap in the row, whereas we have been commanded to fill the gaps. But he should be patient, look for a gap in the row, and strive to bring the people closer together until a gap opens for him, so he enters it and lines up with the people. Or he may come in and line up with them in the second, third, or fourth row. He should not rush. If he misses the prayer and does not find anyone, he is excused and prays alone afterwards.

Question: If he prays alone, is his prayer valid?

Answer: It is valid, but he commits a sin. He should be patient and not pray alone; because he is able to join the congregation and pray with them, or try to move forward with the imam.
