The reciter: And Nasr ibn Ali al-Juhdhami narrated it to me, saying: My father informed me, saying: Khalid ibn Qays narrated to me from Qatadah from Anas, and he did not mention: "And it is not the Najashi whom the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed over."
The Shaykh : And thus it is obligatory for every person who is a caller to Allah and has a standing in the Muslim community to write to the kings, the kings of the disbelieving states, inviting them to Islam. For who knows, perhaps Allah will guide them. And if their leaders are guided, there will be great benefit in this. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Heraclius:, because they will follow you. If you enter Islam, they will enter Islam with you, and if you do not enter, they will not enter.
