Does the one who sees raising the hands in the first tashahhud before standing up not cite the hadith?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some contemporary scholars have graded it as authentic.

The Shaykh : And he?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : If it were authentic, it would contradict what is in al-Bukhari from the hadith of Ibn 'Umar regarding standing up from the tashahhud. But is it when he rises or when he stands? This is the point of disagreement. Otherwise, the issue of the existence of the raising is not in doubt. The raising is in four places: at the takbir of ihram, at the ruku', at the rising from it, and at the standing up from the first tashahhud. This is what is not in question.
