And it is obligatory to respond to a Muslim whose boycotting is forbidden, in the first instance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And it is obligatory to respond to a Muslim whose boycotting is forbidden, in the first instance, if he specified the place and there is no evil involved" The author stipulated conditions for the obligation of responding. First, that it be the first time, to exclude the second, third, fourth, fifth, and so on. He also stipulated that the one inviting be a Muslim, to exclude the case where a dhimmi, a person under a treaty, or a person granted safe conduct invites him, for responding to them is not obligatory. Third, that his boycotting is forbidden, meaning a Muslim whose boycotting is forbidden. The author (may Allah have mercy on him) informed us that among Muslims there are some whose boycotting is not forbidden.
