A Question Regarding Divorce That Is Final

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, to the honorable brother, the esteemed Shaykh, the President of the High Court in Abha, may Allah grant him understanding in all good, amen.
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. After that:
O Beloved: Your noble letter, number 859, dated 27/1/1394 AH, has arrived, may Allah guide you, and we are aware of its contents.
I have reviewed the attached summons submitted to your eminence by the husband, S. N., which states that a minor quarrel occurred between him and his wife, which escalated until she demanded he divorce her and insisted on the divorce. In a fit of anger, he divorced her with one pronouncement. She then insisted on the three pronouncements of divorce, so he divorced her with a second pronouncement. She persisted in her request, so he divorced her with the third pronouncement.

Answer: What I see is that he has no way to return to her until she marries another husband; because he has exhausted the three pronouncements of divorce with consecutive words, in order to fulfill the aforementioned request of his wife.
I ask Allah to make what is good a reality, and to replace each of them with someone better than the other, for He is the best of those asked.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
